While our Website and Companion App are accessible via standard mobile and desktop devices, our VR Apps are accessed via third-party virtual reality hardware (collectively, the Devices). This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What Personal Information We Collect
We collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide our Services, manage subscriptions, and measure the impact of our career experiences.
A. User and Subscription Information

Commercial (B2B) Users: For organisations (such as schools or universities), we collect the organisation name, contact person's name, contact email, contact phone number, and marketing attribution information provided during demonstration requests or support enquiries. We also collect subscription details, including tier, session limits, and the number of authorized Devices.
B. Survey and Impact Data
We capture user responses to various survey and feedback questions within our Services to measure effectiveness and user sentiment. These questions vary depending on the specific career experience and may include formats such as multiple-choice, numerical ratings (e.g., 0–10), or open text input fields. Examples of information we may collect include, but are not limited to:

Pre/Post-Experience Metrics: Comparative data regarding a user's career consideration, awareness, and understanding, or similar metric, before and after using a VR experience.

C. Simulation & Performance Data
To provide feedback within the Job Interview Simulator, we capture:

Hardware Licensing: For our VR Apps, we use secure local identifiers and tokens stored on your Device to track the number of unique Devices an account has utilised to ensure compliance with subscription limits.

Network & Location: IP address, general geographic location (e.g., City/Country), and content download performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for the following primary purposes:

Service Delivery: To authenticate users across devices and facilitate the transfer of content from the Companion App to your VR Device.

Performance Feedback: To calculate and display scores in the Job Interview Simulator based on metrics like eye contact and speech pace.

Impact Measurement: To analyse survey responses and provide reporting to partners on the effectiveness of the content to achieve different outcomes.

Licensing Compliance: To monitor Device usage and prevent unauthorized account sharing or use exceeding subscription limits.

4. Data Storage and Third Parties
We utilize third-party service providers for cloud hosting, secure authentication, and data analytics, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amplitude. While we strive to host data within Australia where possible, your personal information and usage data may be transferred to, stored, or processed on servers located in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this cross-border disclosure. We ensure these providers maintain high standards of data security and are contractually bound to protect your information.
5. Marketing Communications
We may use your personal information (such as your email address) to send you updates about our Services, new career simulations, or promotional offers. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by:
