Introducing the Interview Coach: A Powerful New Addition to the Job Interview Simulator

At Work Window, we’re always looking for ways to make career preparation more practical and accessible. That’s why we’ve added a major new feature to the Job Interview Simulator: the Interview Coach.

This isn’t a small tweak—it introduces a slew of impactful guidance designed to help users improve their performance in interviews. Whether it’s helping someone settle their nerves, figure out how to structure a response, or just get familiar with the interview process, the Interview Coach is built to support more effective, confident practice.

What Is the Interview Coach?

The Interview Coach is a new layer of support within the Job Interview Simulator. It offers general guidance throughout each session, helping users tackle the kinds of decisions and moments that shape interview performance—like how to structure responses, what to wear, and how to prepare mentally.

It’s there to provide timely, practical advice that builds capability and confidence, without getting in the way. Turn it on when users need more support. Switch it off when they’re ready to practice independently.

You can turn it on when someone needs a bit of extra help, or switch it off when they’re ready to test themselves without prompts.

How It Works

Here’s how the Interview Coach enhances the experience:

  1. Guidance That Supports Progress: Advice shows up at key points—giving users the context and clarity to make better decisions in the moment.

  2. Focused, Practical Tips: Built to be useful—not overwhelming. Everything is designed to help users feel more prepared, not more pressure.

  3. Flexible to Use: Toggle it on or off depending on what the session calls for—guided practice or independent challenge.

  4. Integrated, Not Distracting: Advice fits into the flow of the simulation. It doesn’t interrupt—it reinforces.
